Essential qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. in life science (Biotechnology/Medical Microbiology/Microbiology/ Medical Biochemistry)

Essential experience: Minimum of 1 year work experience for M.Sc./B.Sc., and expertise incounseling patients and dry lab techniques.

Essential Functions:

Preparing interview questions, communicating and interacting with patients,and summarizing results.
Liaising with laboratories regarding research findings.
Monitoring the study to ensure that it complies with protocols.
Directing the collection, labelling, storage, and transport of all specimen.
Noting the clinical data from records, recording dietary intake patterns, physical activity, sample separation, and patient follow-up.
Analyze data using various statistical methods and maintain accurate and complete records.
Co-ordinate with Bioinformaticians, Genetic Counselors, Clinicians, and clinical geneticists for data analysis.
Reviews and processes orders for laboratory procedures for patient samples.
Demonstrate strong scientific and communication skills.
Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of the ethics, biosafety committee, and DSIR.
Overseeing the trouble-free running of patient's enrolment for research studies.

General information:

The appointee should perform the duties as assigned to him/her.

The selected candidate will be posted in Pune.
Emoluments will be commensurate with the experience.

Essential qualification: Human/Medical genetics/Clinical genetics degree PhD/MD/MSc

Desirable:

Using a variety of tests and diagnostic procedures to determine genotypes or identify genetic diseases.
Supervise all procedures to perform required to report on the tests under Standard guidelines issued by concerned regulatory authority, data analysis, every report will be signed and verified by geneticist as per applicable laws.
Recording and analyzing quality control data
Analyzing and interpreting DNA test results for reporting.
Verifying and signing all the genetic test report
Providing possible treatment guidance to patients based on genetic test report
Offering Genetic consultation to patients/Doctors– Pre-test and post-test (In person/Virtual)
Liaising with colleagues and other healthcare professionals in case of queries
Contribute in improvising the genetic test as per updated guidelines.
Supervising and training junior staffs.
Keeping up to date with developments in the profession and relevant training sessions
Writing reports that outline test results for use by GPs, pediatricians and consultants
Participate in CME program and educate programs including but not limited to Medical/Technical /college Physician Surgeon etc. to teach and provide training to be students and employees of the company as and when required by company.

Key Roles andresponsibilities:

Marketing various new genetic tests that are being developed to clientele.
Inviting new collaborations with Hospitals, other labs, research institutes by giving them information.
Should be able to identify correct client and know direct response marketing.
Previous experience in healthcare or genetic test a track record in sales or marketing and an appreciation of what healthcare sales involves.
Attending clients, physicians and doctors, explain the scientific information, financials, closing the deal, updating post-sales.
6. The ability to understand and present clinical and genetic data. 7. Self-motivation, drive and initiative.
Excellent sales, Good planning, Strong communication, networking skills and organisational skills.
The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems.
Conducting prospect research and profiling of potential companies across different geographies.
Managing Social media and other platforms related to advertisement of the company lead generation via email, and telemarketing and bringing prospects to the demo stage.
Sending tests brochure and necessary information via emails and follow-up.
Co-ordinating post-sales assistance, Pre and post-sales follow up Commercial and business awareness.
Successfully meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
