TERMS & CONDITIONS

Greenarray’s genetic risk assessment reports are informational in nature and do not constitute a medical diagnosis, prognosis, or therapeutic recommendation. The reports are intended to provide insights into genetic predispositions, biomarkers, or risk factors based on current scientific knowledge. Greenarray strongly advises patients, clinicians, or guardians to consult a certified medical practitioner, clinician, or genetic counselor for accurate interpretation of the results.

Greenarray expressly disclaims any liability arising from misuse, misinterpretation, or reliance on the Reports for medical decision-making. By accessing and using Greenarray Genomics’ website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Greenarray reserves the right to modify or update the Terms at any time, and such changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updated Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Greenarray Genomics, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and genetic information. This Privacy Policy explains the type of data we collect, how it is used, and how we ensure its security. We collect limited information to provide and improve our services. This includes your name, contact details, shipping and billing addresses, and relevant information shared during registration or purchase. For visitors to our website, we may collect IP addresses, demographics, and browsing behavior to enhance user experience and for analytics purposes. All customer information is securely stored in our systems.

We use this data solely to process orders, provide genetic insights, send reports, and communicate important updates or offers (if consented). We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties, except when required for service delivery (such as logistics or payment processing) or by law. Greenarray ensures strict protection of all genetic and health-related data. Each sample received is de-identified and assigned a unique code before testing. Access to identifiable information is restricted to authorized personnel only. With your explicit consent, de-identified data may be used for research or product development to improve scientific understanding and service quality.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or business restructuring, customer data may be transferred as a business asset, with continued adherence to the same level of privacy protection. You will also have the option to accept or reject data monitoring cookies when visiting our website. This consent can be managed through the cookie banner that appears upon your first visit. Greenarray reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy as required. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Greenarray Genomics strives to ensure a transparent and customer-friendly process. Once a genetic testing order has been placed and the sample has been accepted, cancellation is not permitted, and a no-refund policy applies thereafter. In the rare event that DNA isolation fails, Greenarray will repeat the sample collection at no additional cost.

If, even after repeat sampling, a result cannot be obtained, a refund will be processed with a 10% deduction from the original payment as processing fees. No re-sampling charges will apply when DNA isolation fails due to technical or biological reasons. However, in cases where resampling is required due to improper collection or customer-related issues, standard sample collection charges will apply. All valid refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Greenarray reserves the right to verify and validate all claims prior to processing refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

For customers in India, sample collection kits will be shipped to the registered address. Samples can be collected conveniently at home and picked up by our courier partner, with shipping time varying by location. For international customers, Greenarray provides international shipping at an additional cost, determined by destination and courier policy. Customers outside India are responsible for shipping their collected samples back to our lab.
